Luis and his team did a great job demolish the wall, bathrooms,  kitchen and floors of the property. They also clean all the garbage of the outside of the house. He will respond in a timely matter and always tried to make sure that he was clear on what we need it to be done. He communicated very well every day and will keep us posted with pictures of what was completed that day. The first day he showed up with his team ready to work. Deposit was divided in three payments so we could see the progress every day. I will recommend him to any demolition project.
